Licensed Health Insurance Specialist—Temporary Contract Job

Department: Benefits

About this position: 

As an Individual Health Insurance you will be helping both existing and new clients navigate through a variety of choices and options relating to their health insurance during this open enrollment period.

In this role, you will:

  • Make outbound calls to existing clients regarding their health insurance options
  • Take incoming calls and discuss individual insurance options
  • Educate individuals and families about health insurance options
  • Prepare benefit comparisons electronically to review with clients
  • Sell appropriate products and assist with online enrollments and plan changes
  • Navigate through multiple programs to fulfill caller requests, update caller information and research caller status inquiries
  • Attend required company meetings
  • Complete required training activities and programs
  • Recognize and comply with Roper’s performance standards for work quality, efficiency and attendance
  • Be flexible and able to be utilized for other unlicensed representative activities based on business need –training will be provided

Property & Casualty Account Manager

Department: P&C

Job Type: Part Time

Required education: High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree desirable

Required experience: Minimum three years of experience in a customer-service position with problem-solving responsibility.  Previous experience with commercial lines preferred but not required.

About this position:

The Property & Casualty Account Manager assists the Account Executives in servicing Commercial Property and Casualty accounts.  This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual.  The Account Manager provides excellent customer service and builds professional relationships with customer contacts and provides administrative support to the Account Executives.  The Commercial Account Manager must perform to the ethical standards required by the Colorado Department of Insurance and Roper Insurance.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients; answer questions regarding coverage, claims, and billing issues.
  • Process endorsements, certificates and other administrative tasks for current clients when requested by client or Account Executive.
  • Assist Account Executive in preparing for client meetings; compile all necessary renewal or quote materials.
  • Scan and maintain electronic copies of all client files; update with new information within three business days of change. Keep database records updated.
  • Research and resolve client claims and billing issues within a timely manner, escalating as needed.
  • Assist other members of the team with spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, proposals, customer service, special projects, etc. as requested
  • Attend required company meetings
  • Complete required training activities and programs
  • Other duties as assigned
